Earlier i have been using the BBR 2.0 version of Sweat With Kayla and it really worked well. This is actually an e-book that contains fitness regime for 13-24 weeks in order to get bikini ready figure for ladies. Although it might take little more time than expected but if it is followed religiously then it surely works. In addition to this i love the section of the e-book about the nutrition and food regime too. Obviously without a perfect diet plan and nutrition you cannot maintain your body shape and weight. Although the sweat with kayla app does not focus on weight reduction but it usually happens while bringing the bosy in shape.
Kayla who is a fitness expert with years of knowledge and experience dealing with multiple customers to bring them in shape recently launched an Itsines app of Sweat with Kayla. This is an iOS based app which is available on iTunes as well for purchase. This app aims to be a futuristic approach to the e-book version of Kayla’s fitness secrets. But it is very disappointing to mention that in reality it is not at all innovative or advanced. As i am a user of the Sweat with Kayla e-book too i did not find this app at all interesting or knowledge based. It is the same content that i found on the e-book with minimal user interaction. I will not recommend this app to any other user.
